Community Guidelines
Last updated April 21, 2026
QuinceNetwork is a marketplace where families plan their quinceañera and vendors run their businesses. These guidelines keep it that way.
What we expect
- Transparent pricing.Vendors list real, non-negotiable prices. No “DM for pricing” gatekeeping.
- Respect for the tradition. Correct vocabulary — quinceañera, chambelán, dama, vals, padrinos — spelled correctly, used correctly.
- Honest reviews. Reviews come only from families with signed booking contracts. No third-party reviews. No gang-up campaigns.
- Direct, professional communication. Families and vendors message on-platform; we keep a record so disputes resolve fairly.
What's not allowed
- Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of any person or group.
- False claims — fake portfolio work, fake reviews, fake credentials.
- Off-platform payment requests or attempts to bypass platform fees.
- Sexually explicit content. This is a family platform.
- Spam, repeated promotional posts, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Content featuring minors in exploitative contexts.
- Intellectual property violations — don't post photos or designs that aren't yours to share.
How we enforce
Every report is reviewed within 48 hours. Actions range from a private warning, to post removal, to a 7-day suspension, to a permanent ban — proportional to the violation.
We maintain a full audit trail. Every admin action is logged with reason, reviewer, and timestamp. Any user can request a review of enforcement against them.
Reporting something
Use the report form for vendor-related issues. Every post has a “Report” option in its menu. Every profile has a block option. We take every report seriously, and we never share reporter identity with the reported party.
Dispute policy
When a family and vendor disagree about a booking, deposit, or delivered service, we mediate. Our dispute policy is published separately — see Dispute Resolution.
