By accessing and using QuinceNetwork.com ('the Platform'), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
QuinceNetwork is a marketplace connecting families planning quinceañeras with service vendors. The Platform facilitates vendor discovery, communication, bookings, and payments. QuinceNetwork is not a party to any contract between families and vendors.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. All information you provide must be accurate and current.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, pricing, availability, and the quality of their services. QuinceNetwork charges a 10% platform fee on processed payments. Vendors receive payments through Stripe Connect.
Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. Funds are held until service is confirmed. Cancellations are subject to the vendor's cancellation policy. Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Only users with completed bookings can leave reviews. Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences. QuinceNetwork reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
You retain ownership of your content. By posting it on the Platform, you grant QuinceNetwork a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it in connection with the service.
QuinceNetwork facilitates connections between families and vendors but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to the Platform.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
