Verified bookings only
Every review comes from a family who signed a real booking contract with the vendor. No anonymous review bombing. No review-exchange cartels. Every review has an audit trail.
Deposits held in escrow
Family deposits land in a Stripe Connect escrow account, not the vendor's bank. Funds release on event completion OR on mutual agreement. If something goes wrong before the event, we can refund without chasing anyone.
48-hour response SLA
Trust & Safety reports are reviewed within 48 hours. Dispute cases get a final decision within 7 days. We publish our response metrics monthly so you can hold us accountable.
Moderation you can see
Every admin action on a post, vendor, or review is logged with reason + reviewer. If we remove something, you get an email explaining why. If you disagree, there's a one-click appeal.
Your data stays yours
We collect what we need to run the platform and nothing more. You can export your data, delete your account, or revoke access anytime from Settings. We don't sell your information to anyone.
Secure payments
Payments are processed by Stripe — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your card data. All traffic is TLS 1.3. Passwords use Clerk's production-grade auth.
No bypassing, no surprises
Prices are transparent and non-negotiable on every vendor profile. Vendors can't run a side-channel off-platform. Payment processors can't change the deposit mid-booking. What you see is what you pay.
